Assessments


Although assessments aren’t always necessary, they can often quickly identify strengths and areas for development in a leader’s style. Assessments not only provide information about a leader’s style, they also give specific recommendations and behavioral interventions for improving behaviors such as communication, influence, and conflict management.

Depending on a client’s goals, I typically recommend at least one assessment from the list below in order to move the coaching process ahead expeditiously.
